Long fave'd but not yet commented ... Your beautiful rendering catches the best and most altered elements in Gary Frank's redesigns of this couple, making them more active than they were much of the time in the printed comics.
As of this month, with a newly set up (and decidedly mixed) scenario in Legion Lost, Dawnstar has a still newer outfit. Yet I'd have liked to see many more, and more kinetic, explorations of this one, as you've done here, before DC gave it up.
