somewhere I've got a very old "Werewolf By Night" with a very enthusiastic letter column with all the fans writing in after Tigra's debut in the previous issue, with many wanting to see more of her.
And I also remember that one letter writer thought that Tigra should have been stronger than Werewolf-by-Night since 1) Tigra was an athlete with combat training before her transformation, and 2) Tigers are stronger than wolves, both overall and pound-for-pound. First time I can remember someone arguing for a female superpowered person being stronger than a male counterpart.
